I see a few negative reviews that have the same theme. "Charged for Diagnosis" Well, I am personally thankful that these guys have the equipment (which likely cost them something) and the knowledge (which certainly cost them time and experience) to make a diagnosis. I would Much prefer knowing exactly where the problem is Before we start replacing parts. So, That Said... they helped me out in a pinch and it is Greatly appreciated. I am happy to pay for professional work. j2
