Took the Jeep in for 65,000 mile service. I asked them to do an in depth inspection to see if there might be any hidden problems that could cause an unexpected breakdown. They did a great job finding an issue and gave options to resolve the issue. They were detailed and gave me many updates, including pictures of the parts that needed replacement. Once again we needed service on a vehicle and brought it to CARS. They did a great job pinpointing the problem and getting us back on the road.

Happy to have a new mechanic. A little expensive but 2 yr warranty on thier work made it worth it. Shop is immaculate which speaks volume of their work ethic. They were flexible with my schedule, and gave me a ride to and from the shop. Than you!

I have been bringing my vehicles to this shop for several years. They are always clear about what needs to be done and what the cost will be. I never feel that they are trying to do work I don’t need. I recently took in my late son in law’s pickup which had been sitting for a few years since his death. We kept the pickup because my grandson said he wanted to drive it. He recently got his license so we wanted to get the pickup safe for him to drive. When I explained this to Cascade they were really supportive as they worked to get the truck safe and ready to drive. They checked in with me often to keep me apprised of what needed to be done and the cost involved. We are really pleased with the work they did and how well the truck runs.
